The PTA of PS 133 is ready for our 7th Annual Spring Auction that will be held on May 11th. This fun-filled, adult-only event is a great opportunity to connect outside of the school setting, bid on amazing items in the silent and live auctions and raise lots of money to support important programs for our kids.  This year’s auction will feature an open bar, delicious eats, photo booth, dancing and great music.

Each year, the auction raises funds through sponsorship, ticket sales, and auction item bidding. These funds are needed to provide enrichment for our children. Last year, we had over 250 parents, staff members, friends and relatives and this year we are hoping to attract many more as we are back again at BRIC in Downtown Brooklyn.


Here’s how you can HELP make this the best auction ever:

DONATE ITEMS:

We need volunteers leading up to and day of the event. Some of the volunteer opportunities include

  • PROCUREMENT
    • Solicit businesses to donate an auction item
    • Solicit businesses to Sponsor Auction
    • Prepare physical items for auction – Create raffle items and make raffle baskets
    • Prepare and set up display certificates
  • FOOD & BEVERAGE:
    • Pick up of food, beverage and dessert donations
    • Help with managing food related equipment rentals and returns

We have a limited number of free tickets available to parents/guardians. Please email Auction Committee  for details.
