Budget Committee

Event Chair: Jerome Tagger


Simply put, without the Budget Committee, the PTA would have no direction or compass. It is a great place for those that have a vision and are great at creating a meaningful and attainable schedule of priorities that the PTA will spend money on and raise money for.


  • Review current year revenue and expenditures;
  • Pinpoint areas that may need to be cut as well as new efforts the PTA may wish to support;
  • Research potential new programming;
  • Draft a proposed budget for approval by the membership

Time requirement - The budget committee will meet about once a month, in person, from February to June. Conversation via email will also keep things moving along throughout the process.
